Membership Questions

Membership is free for regular users on our page. However, membership fees do apply for service providers.

It is easy to set up an account. Please visit our registration page and fill out the membership form. Upon submitting the form you will receive a confirmation email. Once you have confirmed your account, you may create posts and interact with other members on our page.

Please check your spam/junk folders. Alternatively, you can request another confirmation email with the “Resend” link which is available on your dashboard page. However, please note the activation link will only work for the latest confirmation email. If you click on an activation link in an older email, the activation link will not work.

Forum Questions

To change your profile name, please navigate to the Account Settings page and change the username in the field labelled “First Name (also your Display name)”.

Any details you have provided in your public profile can be viewed by other usernames, including your display name, username and profile picture. Only friends can privately message you. To toggle privacy features, please visit your profile.

By default, only friends can privately message you.

You can access your message via your dashboard, or by directly accessing the messages page.
