You can connect with other members on our community forum. You will have the chance to directly communicate with other people about their
experiences and make new friends. If selected, other members can also
contact you through private messages.
Individual members can leave reviews for service providers to publish on their profiles. Service providers can accept or decline reviews.
You can signup to receive daily email alerts for new service requests in your field of expertise. We will send you separate alerts for each service you select. You can change your preferences at any time!
Update your available dates and add notes.
Service providers can generate a link showing all their references and documents, and this link can be shared to members who contact
service providers and vice versa.
As a service provider, you receive a password-protected account area.
You can modify your profile and ad; view any messages; view reviews and
testimonials; save shortlists; search through our database; set up
email notifications… And much more!
Firstly, you need to head over to our membership page, which will provide detailed information on what’s included with your membership. Then, press the “Get Started” button. Afterwards, you need to fill out a form with your details and then click on the PayPal payment button. Payments can be done without a PayPal account!
2. Login + Activation
You will automatically be logged in your account, but before accessing all membership features you need to activate your account. To activate your account, you need to click on a link that will be sent to your email address. If you can’t find this confirmation email, check your spam, junk, promotion and social folders. If you can’t find your activation email, you can click on the “Resend confirmation email” link on your dashboard to generate a new link. Once you’ve clicked on the link your account will be fully activated. Please contact us at admin@autismconnects.com.au for further assistance or queries.
Once that’s done please upload your service provider profile/ad. Individual members won’t be able to contact you until your ad is uploaded.
Please update the dates you are not available via your calendar.
If available, provide us a sharable link to your references and other documents relevant for prospective clients (police clearance .etc). We will show this link to clients you reply to.
